Tell them to demonstrate everything on the coach as to how it works. The levelers, inverter, where the fuse compartment is, and the circuit breakers for AC circuits.
Most sales persons do not know much about the coaches they sell, so that does create a problem. Ask them what kind of inverter the coach has, and if it can power a refrigerator for 24hrs of dry camping.
Ask the sales person if he can knock off at least 25% off the list price of the coach. If not, then walk away.
Ask what kind of warranty the dealer has to offer without buying extended warranty.
Caterpillar used to give unlimited mileage warranty or five years on the engine. If it has a Cummins ask them what kind of warranty they will have on their engines now. Same for the transmissions.
