My travel trailer is wired for 50 Amp, though the only things on the 2nd half of the 50 amp service is the wiring for a 2nd A/C (that isn't installed), my electric water heater and the 12v converter. All other systems run off of the primary half. According to the Progressive EMS I recently installed I pull right at 20 amps running the A/C, the converter and the RV fridge on electric. I still haven't tried my electric water heater so I don't know if it even works or how many amps it draws.
The best way to really find out is to either use something like the Progressive EMS that tells you amp usage or buy an inexpensive ($25) amp meter and check each item one by one. Turn off all the breakers, then turn each one on individually while monitoring your amp meter to see what each draws.
