What CAT engine do I have?
I'm pretty sharp with the gasser stuff, but my father in law is a truck driver, and has asked what CAT my 99' Harney Renegade 275 hp has. I would prefer to not stand there with my deer in the headlig...

OK. I am checking out stickers. Small sticker on valve cover tells me 275 max. 3126
But the big sticker says max 330 hp.

I'm trying to figure out what I have so I can start diagnosing an intermitant cruise control. I was going to have a helper open and close the throttle, and the pedal has wires going to it. With the key on and engine off, nothing moves back there when the pedal is pushed. I can't even find where the solinoid is to open the throttle! I see where the air supply goes from the turbo to the intercooler and back to the engine, and that is where it looks like the intake manifold it. With some sensors in it. Well crud I'm lost already! I need more help!
