What is a dry bath? I am guessing (and too lazy to google) no shower?
Most Class Bs are wet baths in that the bathroom is usually a fiber glass enclosure with toilet, lav and shower head and you shower in it standing up or even sitting down on the toilet seat lid. After you are done you have to wipe and squeegie it down if you want to continue using it for normal bathroom functions. Some have complete surround shower curtains to keep the walls dry.
A dry bath has a separate shower stall so the rest of the bathroom doesn't get wet.
A wet bath will take up about 6 to 7 square feet of space in a B. A dry bath will take up 15 to 20 square feet of space because the shower stall needs to be nearly as big as a wet bath and the aisle space is enclosed with the bathroom to maneuver. That's why in a B they are usually at the back end extending across the width. Since there is but about 100 effective square feet of space in a B you can see a dry bath takes up an inordinate amount of space.
