Replaced the start solenoid bolt that was missing and causing a mystery erratic non-start situation on our last week's trip.
The missing bolt held an ignition wire to the solenoid. The wire's memory provided incidental contact causing the erratic response. Finally I saw the wire spark when someone else tried to start the engine and solved the mystery.
Prior week a missing fuel line clamp bolt caused our enroute engine shut down and tow due to a broken fuel line.
Enough with these critical missing bolts already.
