Please don't haul firewood around! It is illegal in many states now and has moved several pests into new territory causing devastation to forests. Note fires out west burning Pine forests that have been killed by Pine bark beetles and the spread of ash beetles.
completely agree. Ohio has lost most Ash trees and all Chestnuts.
Ah yes, fully understand that issue. There are many occasions that it is legal to haul around within a state and I do it often to avoid the expensive camp prices!
