FINALLY finished my extensive annual Spring Maintenance. This list is a little longer than my annual Engine & Chassis Maintenance list, which is done every Fall.
INSIDE
• Replace both Smoke Detector Batteries
• Replace Water Heater Leak Alarm Battery
• Replace Fridge Monitor & Remote Batteries
• Replace Atomic Clock & Remote Batteries
• Re-Stock Battery Supplies (LOL!)
• Reset Time on all Clocks, Radios, GLC & ECM
• Test Fresh Water Pump
• Replace Expired Items in Medicine Cabinet
• Test Genset Auto Start
• Replace Expired Items in Galley
• Lube Throttle Pedal
• Clean Windows & Mirrors
• Dust Wall Fixture Light Bulbs
• Clean Inside Frame of Crank-Out Bedroom Windows
• Wipe Down Ceiling
• Wipe Down Walls
OUTSIDE
• Sanitize Fresh Water System
• Install new F1 Fresh Water Filter after Sanitizing
• Tighten & Clean Shore Power Connections and Plug Prongs
• Check Battery Connections
• Check All Engine Fluid Levels
• Check all LP Lines for Leakage with Windex
• Check Refer Burner
• Check Hot Water Heater Burner
• Flush Hot Water Tank (7/8 socket)
• Check all Lights & Signals
• Check Backup Lights
• Perform Air Brake Check
• Inspect Tire Tread Wear and Check Air Pressure (95 psi)
• Lube Slide Out Mechanisms
• Spray Slide Out Weatherstripping
• Lube Jack Pistons
• Inspect Chassis for Evidence of any Pests
• Tighten Mirror Heads
• Lube Entry Step with Chain Lube
• Clean Chassis A/C Condenser (front)
• Wash down Generator Housing
• Lube Exhaust Brake (before cleaning radiator)
• Clean Radiator/CAC
• Wash Inside of Storage Compartment Doors
• Vacuum Out Storage Compartments
• Fill Air System and Pull Lanyards, Check for Moisture
• Test Windshield Washer, Top off Reservoir
• Inspect All Awnings for Mildew
• Wash & Wax Exterior
