It might be time for a radiator. They reach a point of no return with scale and sediment that flushing and additives can't remedy. Like mine, the fact that it's worse in warm weather points to the heat exchanger (radiator) not exchanging enough heat (assuming everything else is in good health).
I'll post back with results with my recored radiator.
