There use to be some post on how to build ducks so the air would be forced through the radiator. Some of the older class A coaches had lots of gaps.

Thanks for the suggestion. Mines actually pretty tight. The only place for air to escape is the bottom, between the rad and bumper. I may put a baffle there.
Has it always run hot or has it gotten worse as time goes on? While you have the radiator out you could add a upgraded fan and a heavy duty fan clutch. look hear
