- doxiemom11Explorer IIDid it yesterday and day before, not today. Cleaned black streaks from winter off. Did wash, streak removal and wax last spring. Those streaks came off so much easier this time. I sure dreaded that task, but wasn't so bad.
- mappleg8ExplorerNice weather is returning to Missouri! The last snow is melted!
Today I replaced a dual light ceiling light with an LED equivalent. Also put a new plug in the drain for the water heater. - toomoxyExplorer

Brought it back to Canada after spending the winter in Mexico. A beautiful sunny day today, but a little cooler than we have been used to. :)
On behalf of Canadians who don't go south for the winter...
Sorry for the cooler weather ...LOL LOL
Myself I'm celebrating ....Thank goodness SPRING is here !!
Tried to move my RV to take to the shop for some modifications. NO snow 9 degrees outside but the tires were just spinning, stuck in just a bit of a shallow sink hole under all tires, parked on hard packed newly laid gravel driveway the Rv was parked on... I will be parking on some raised wood or cement pavers next winter.. There was a lot of water draining
along the drive so perhaps this was the issue too... FRUSTRATING...
Question...
I was reading about that extend a rod or shower rod device... seems interesting..
has anyone or would anyone remove their shower doors to put one of those in...or would it
totally ruin the high end look of the shower doors, just to get a bit more elbow room ???
My friend that travels with me is a bigger person and has been really trying to get me to consider it...but not sure about the look and the work involved...
Hoping someone has an opinion. thanks, - 4KellysExplorerWent and bought 4 new tires at Les Schwab in Oakdale, CA. One kid did it all in about 90 min. Just over 2 grand out the door, ouch!, but had to have them. Then brought it up to the house to see if we get it up the driveway, but wasn't happening. Back to storage, can't complain though only 150 mo. for indoors and I can kep it plugged in.

Look at it sitting deep in a snow bank. Still close to 2 feet of snow around the poor thing!
Yup, ours is sitting in it's garage with 1.5 feet of an ice/snow mixture in front of the people door. Tonight we're supposed to get freezing rain to really seal things. - JR45ExplorerAdded a 10 LED motion light to the first inside step, now when I open the door in the dark that step and the outside steps light up and it uses 3 AA batteries, and it is only on for about 15-20 sec.
JR - FIRE_UPExplorerWell,
I've never been real satisfied with the little AMBER light, that lights up (or tries to) under the step when the door is open on our '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD with the 330 CAT. So, today, I removed it and installed two, LED side marker lights from Auto Zone. Way, way better and seriously brighter for seeing those steps at night when you don't want the porch light on. And, you could leave that door open for the rest of my life and it won't phase the house batteries at all.
Scott - RayChezExplorerI exercised the generator today, putting loads on it from both air conditioners.
