Discovered a major leak during de-winterizing. Replaced the leaking kitchen faucet with a high arch utopia (Made in the USA) :)
Previous owner did a quick fix with silicon in a small crack at the base that pushed the water under the cabinet top. NICE fix . . . not. Glad I did not use that sink much last year
