What did you do to your Class C MH today???

Had a bad windstorm the other week. A tree limb fell down on my maxx air ac unit and broke the shroud. Called up camping world and they had one in stock. Picked it up, opened the box, wrong size, it was the 12". Called them back to order the right one (10"). When it arrived, of course it was not the right one either, it was for a penguin. Gave them the correct part number again and waited for it to show up at my front door. Finally the correct shroud arrived and I replaced it no prob. Even has the closed back.
Anyone else have this problem with ordering from camping world??
