Used my handy dandy new digital tire guage to see that I need to blow up the tires a little before heading out this weekend. While the Hawkshead TPMS is great for what it is, when I'm parked it retains its last reading until the tires spin and the sensors activate rendering it useless for reading pressures while parked.
Believe it or not, in my roughly 40 years of driving I've never had a blowout or even a flat. I can only attribute that to my ridiculously anal urge to check the tires.
Aside from tires, I secured the sat radio antenna wire to the ceiling with white tape and noted that I _still_ have water leaking _out_ of the cabover. If it'll ever stop raining I'll continue gooping and Eternabonding the seams and get to rebuilding.
So I accomplised something. I found that the tires were low and I taped up a wire....
