I arranged for manufacturer to send me replacement seat belts for the house portion of the RV; I explained I would appreciate belts that were long enough to go around a person. They were very agreeable and promised to send them this week. Also arranged for warantee work on covers for driver and passenger seats in cab. Seat company was also very pleasant and helpful. Nice dealing with companies like this.
