Have agreat weekend, Robert - j-dExplorer IISold One! Interesting experience that turned out well but no hurry to repeat it anytime soon. I had it on CraigsList and had several calls and emails, but nobody actually came to see the coach. But I parked it on the For Sale lot at the local Navy base, and showed it to several prospects there. Some of the conversations were interesting, like "there's no bedroom in back" or "it's nice but I don't want one that old" or "it only sleeps four." Both the ad and sheets I taped inside the windows covered all that. But the couple who bought it decided on the spot, paid half in cash and brought the rest of the cash next day. Clearly knew what they wanted. We'd kept it up well and put it out there clean, but we didn't try to do so much cleaning that it looked like a used car lot detail job.
- klewisdExplorerWe bough our unit a crack in the solid surface counter top.

The dealership was trying to get it repaired, but I offered to take care of it if he was willing to knock of some more$$. So I started by removing the old counter, which was not to bad.
Removing the sink was not fun though. They use enough silicone to caulk a dozen sinks! We had the new counter installed, and had the sink undermounted and a sink cover fabricated. This was the easy part, cuz this was contracted out. Here's the finished project, with the exception of a folding gally shelf, which will be installed in the next day or so.

- RoadfrogExplorerTwo brand new group 27 batteries from Costco on sale. They should be a big improvement in dry-camping time over the 5 yr old group 24 marine batteries.
- Jason_NippExplorerToday I installed a Eaton rainproof NEMA TT-30R box in my garage with a 30 amp circuit.
Had fun until I had to cut away drywall to fish into my now full 200 amp main... Thank God My RV doesn't have 50amp service or I would not have been able to do this.
Woo Hoo I finally have full shoreline power at home. ;) - davepcpowernetExplorerMade a payment - only 3 left. It'll be paid for by the time we leave for our next long trip.
- goreds2ExplorerI took the motor home for a drive. It had been since last November. I put in about half a quart of oil before departing. We stopped at a rummage sale and a couple of people commented how it is a perfect size motor home (not too big). Upon commenting on the deminsions, they did not say anything about the looks. :B
That's cool though as I have no payments. - BerticusExplorerI just fixed a drawer bracket that came off. Still waiting on that retaining clip so I can fix my exhaust brake.
