Have you got any photos of the Upholstery work, I will be starting my Upholstery work in a few weeks.
Installed all new upholestry and curtains, Really nothing wrong with the old stuff but it was dated back to 84, New valances curtains and seats and cushions makes it look 20 years younger. Have done a fair amount of upholestry work over the years, so it was a good winter time project. - snowdanceExplorerWe had taken the cover off a few days ago and got 2 tires. We did not put the cover back on. When we got it last fall I recalked the vents ect. on the roof and put a couple coats of snowroof on it.. And recalked most of the out side stuff, windows, lights, bins, doors ect. Then we covered it for the winter. Today for the first time it set in a driving rain for hours.. A few min ago I went out and did a complete inspection looking for leaks.. Got none.
I also redid the top of the cab to the overhead with new bolts and screws. So this weekend are are going to get high winds and rain.. Guess we will take it for a drive. - grandpa123ExplorerInstalled all new upholestry and curtains, Really nothing wrong with the old stuff but it was dated back to 84, New valances curtains and seats and cushions makes it look 20 years younger. - W4MBGExploreri bought and installed a new battery ($13) for the thrift store coleman camping lamp($4). ok for a $30 lantern.
- Starfire5ExplorerWe FINALLY made arrangements to get our new Outlook de-winterized! What a major chore trying to find an RV service place near us to do it! La Mesa told us they could fit us in for it in JUNE! HA! I don't think so! We finally found a luxury coach manufacturer right near our house that said they'd do it. They couldn't have been nicer! My hubby went to visit the place today and he came home saying, "I feel SO inadequate." LOL :B Our Outlook is going to be surrounded by very expensive Prevost custom coaches. Maybe we'll actually get to use it for the first time soon.
- crassterExplorer III changed my battery isolator that has been driving me crazy and almost left me stranded. I also fixed some wallpaper.
Can't wait to get going down the road soon! - Suburban52ExplorerInstalled 1000 watt inverter, nice not to run genny all the time
- WinniecoupleExplorerTook the jenny out, took it to a shop for a tune up. Cleaned off the remains of the sound proofing material that was in the jenny's compartment, prepping same compartment to line with sound/heat shield. Put in a new water heater blanket, installed the correct/new coach battery, reinstalled the repaired/repainted dome light housing with the remote jenny starter/hour meter, main/aux battery switch and meter. Adjusted passenger door catch, which cured the door rattle. Exercised the stereo at near maximum volume.... it was a GOOD day.
=) - snowdanceExplorerTook the cover off and drove it down to Les Schwab tire store for a couple new tires. Only one thing left on the spring must do list. Couple want to do things. We hope to make a weekend trip weekend after next..

Mind me asking what this you back? I was thinking of doing the same to mine.
I have a newer 32' Winnebago Access (Class C) I finally got a new 4 stage converter to replace the stock one. Now I can recharge my batteries in 2-3 hours instead of taking all day. I boondock a lot and I prefer not to run the genrator much. Even if the little thing is quiet it's not quiet enough. Well it is quieter then the onboard one.
,
Next I want to remove the televison and DVD player. I can use the space and since I got the new Hauppauge Tuner for the laptop computer I get way more TV then I could ever want.
Well the converter is a Progressive Dynamics 4655 a direct replacement for the stock one....$220 delivered.
The Hauppauge Tuner was $50.00 ebay
If your going to replace the converter let's talk before you do it. It's very easy to do if youo have some hints to help you.
