what do you all think about a TREK motorhome?

We looked at a late model when we were shopping 3 years ago. What put us off was that the shower and toilet were lined up transversely, immediately behind the driver's seat. The cab area was rather isolated from the living area. We liked the overall size, but we'd also heard stories about some weakness that occasionally cause the bed mechanism to slip.
