Motorhome AC Unit not working

Have a 40 ft motorhome, new back AC last summer, front was new when I bought it, control isn’t working, I checked breakers, fuse, did a hard reboot twice, ( waited in between for coach to reset), and nothing… Any suggestions would be great!

    Need LOTS more information. Like what type of MH/year, what brand and type of AC, are both not working or just one, what type of stat, is it just the stat that isn't working, does it have power/light up, are you one shore power, etc etc. Hard to armchair diagnose without details.
