What do you carry for protection?

It only has to happen just one time in your entire life to ruin your whole day. I was a cop for 28 years and carried a gun everyday of that career and yet never once did I shoot anybody with it. By the logic some use, I shouldn't even have carried it because I never used it. Can you see how faulty that logic is? The vast majority of RVers who chose to carry a gun on board will never have the need to shoot anybody with it. You will hear more stories of people maybe displaying it to scare off a threat than you will of people having to actually shoot it. But when that one in a hundred thousand chance happens and you do need it but don't have it, then that's where the problem arises.
