What do you carry for protection?

The reason some less than serious answers are appropriate here is that this question has been asked and answered literally dozens of times on this forum. I've yet to hear any new arguments either for or against guncarrying. My conclusion is simply "some do, some don't".

Sort of like the various topics to do with DP vrs gas, the hundreds of tires topics on which brand is the best, DirecTV vrs Dish, when are tires too old, and so on, for any of the many many topics that are repeated on this forum.
