Trading is always a PITA. Money talks, sell yours first. If it's in good shape and you price it right, it will sell fast and then start making offers on a new unit. You'll be surprised at the deals you can get. I bought a new 2011 Vista 35F late in the year for 81,500.00. I drove it to Florida for two winter stays, came back this past spring, put it on Craig's List for $79,000 and the first buyer offered me $75,000, sold in a week.
