I live in the middle of sprawling Lake Minnetonka, MN and grabbed off some Tonka names early on in the AOL startup days. :) The only active one today is my wife's, TonkaNancy, but she rarely uses it. Send email there and it goes into the ether. I think she uses it online at sites that ask for email addresses when she does searches and shops, so it is a junk mail collector.
The Tonka toy trucks used to be manufactured in Spring Park on Lake Minnetonka but have long since been moved to Mexico and then China I believe chasing the cheap labor.
