I personally would look at older Monaco Dynasty, Windsor, Diplomat from around 2005 - 2008. Holiday Rambler, Tiffen, Country Coach, Newmar and maybe Dutch Star. He may have to consider washer/dryer combo unit instead of separate units in that era.
