I disagree. For that money, you can get a Prevost, Bluebird, etc from the 1990's. Spend 50-75k, and have lots left over for fix ups.
When he is done, he will have a GOOD running MH, with QUALITY built in, that you CANNOT get in a newer MH, for that money.
He will get heavy duty chassis, solid wood cabinets, wood and tile floors, etc. The BEST.
He will have a MH that cost 500-700k new! Someone ELSE took the 650k in depreciation, he will get to enjoy it!
