For $80K he can find one like mine... no 1.5 but two bathroom sinks and a 2100XC combo. Nice things like AquaHot, 10k gen, large tanks, 9000 lbs CCC, ISL 400, four slides, air seal door, switch to lock/unlock all the bay's, three 15K heat pumps, excellent handling without any mods....... Other than maybe four slides you will not find any of these things on a new gasser.
