That Newmar will have a Spartan Chassis, and will weigh in around 27k#, and gross at 34k. with a 10K hauling capacity. That's 3.5 tons of stuff you can haul aboard, and pull another 10k.
With full tanks(water and fuel) and loaded for a trip we weigh in at 29k.
Hauling stuff with the Newmar is the least of your worries.
The Spartan Chassis, Cummins 350, and the Alison tranny will give the best fuel milage in the industry.
