What forum should Class 8 motor homes be in?

Are you going repower it to meet current EPA restrictions?

All that money and you still end up with a small RV, why not just buy a newer larger motorhome and just enjoy life.

You probably want to read both the Class A & C groups. Some forums have a HDT conversion section. But, I will bet that most of your issues will be closer to a Class A, but since you probably can't get into the driver's seat without going outside, it will still class as a C. A Super C, but none the less as far as FMCA is concerned. some will say that as there is no over the cab sleeping arrangement, it can't be a C, but I think that is just a poor argument.

I have a tiny A, so I read both A & C stuff because I have some issues that are closer to C, but with a steering wheel in the living room, it is an A.

Super C's run in size from a Class-5 to Class-8 chassis. Some other forums call them HDT and Conversions. But here on RV.NET they are classed under Class C with a sub forum for Super C.

Yup, like Class A some are smaller, some larger.

Saw a Super C at the Tampa RV Show yesterday with the Cummins ISX-- again, not a small one.

I've got a Super C which is on a Ford F750...that's a class 7 truck: GVWR 33,000 pounds, gross combined 60,000 pounds.

Like Two Jayhawks said, you probably don't want to stay in the Class A only "resorts" anyway.

total length is criteria for if it fits, followed by, watch out for low hanging tree branches
