There's lots of reasons
-Biggest one being less floor plan per overall footprint
-Pickups cabs are not as tall, making "step-down" into the cab even more pronounced, and rear passengers can barely see past the hood when they look out the windshield
-Pickup frames are higher and taller, making it inherently less stable (they compensate with stiffer springs, which isn't necessarily a bad thing in a large coach).
As mentioned above, there are some advantages but clearly the market doesn't have a large number of buyers who think that's a fair trade for the deficiencies they come with.
