Alot of motorhomes don't have much extra space for additional batteries and this makes folks look at the sealed batteries so they can installed in alternate places with having to worry about major venting mods to the compartments.
Sometimes the height of the batteries like the T105s and GC2 6V deep cycle batteries are just a half inch too tall for the motorhome battery compartment...
Need to investigate all of this before buying new batteries.
Getting at least sometime in the 220Ah capacity is great for the weekend trip off the power grid. Going up to 450AHs Battery capacity is almost a must have for longer times back off the roads...
You see some of the full time guys that live in their motorhomes full time having as much as 800AHs or more of battery capacity along with solar panels etc...
Check out Mena's and Pianotuna's battery bank setups...
