What is average spent on 2001 or older motorhome maintenance
I spent 2 to 3 thousand a year on repairs on 2001 winnibago journey is this normal?

If you factor in fuel, tires, batteries, annual service etc. then, yes that could be a reasonable amount. I budget 2k/yr for my maintenance kitty. Figure tires are 8X600= $5000 tax n mounting, divided by 7 is $715/yr alone. Batteries last about 5-6 years @ 200 ea X 6 = 1200, so that's another $200/yr.... I've yet to exceed my budget..hope this helps.....Dennis
