I was going to guess homemade also. Looks like maybe a cargo van of some type that was converted to a motorhome.

Didn't they build one of those on an episode of the A-Team?

Well if it is a hobby job the hobby guy was pretty good. My thought is that it was a small company that did not last very long.

That looks like hobby job.
Have not hear abut motorhome manufacturer installing 3 doors in short version.
The compartments doors are taken from junk yard.
Barth made lot of custom orders, like blood buses, library, law office, so it could be shell from one of those projects used for RV
