Got 12 mpg twice. - docjExplorerAre you sure these are "F" series units and not "E"? The Ford E-series was the base for most Class C RVs until the Sprinter chassis appeared. As someone who owned an E-450 based Class C with the V-10 engine I can say that the fuel economy is ~9 mpg if you keep speed to less than 65 mph. At higher speeds we were lucky to get 8 mpg.
