Blowouts are one of my worst fears. I've had 6 of them over the last 10 years and they have done a lot of damage. Two of them were on new tires with less than 10,000 miles on them. Four of them occurred in or near big cities in heavy traffic.
Another big stressor is driving through big cities, like Atlanta, Houston, and NY. The lanes seem narrower and other drivers don't seem to respect the fact that you can't stop like a small car. I rarely go through Atlanta that I don't have someone in a small car pass me on the left and veer in front of me, stomp on the brakes and try to get into the exit lane.
