For us its having our own bed and toilet. You could argue that that is 2 things but I classify it as one reason. If I had to categorize it I would call it "having a hotel room that I clean".
for us, even though we are retired and everyday is Saturday, it's a feeling of being on vacation...seeing new things, new people.
