Without the pic, what you describe is a Adapter to run the TV Audio to a Dash Radio or even a Home theatre receiver. They (OEM RV maker) had the TV supplier modify the TV's for AUX Audio output. Without that filter, you would get a HUM when trying to use a Dash Radio or Theatre Receiver. The TV supplier, would remove the back of the TV case and solder in the wires for that filter to the TV internal speakers. Doug
