What is this bracket for?
Need help identifying a bracket just to the inside of my Dometic A&E Power Awning I thought maybe it has to do with some type of lock for the left arm, but not sure.

Thank you for the answers regarding what it was for. Since I do not have a screen room, maybe I will just remove it and replace it with a small reflector of something.
