What model year is the Roadtrek I am looking to buy?

In Canada, where ironically many Sprinter products are made ie GWV,PW,RT,LT, when you buy an RV if the chassis is 2012 you wont be buying it as a 2013. My PW Plateau is a 2006 chassis with a 2007 interior build but it is registered as a 2006.Same applies to most B vans I have seen here. In the USA the dealers seem to get away with selling 2012 chassis vehicles as 2013 models. So it should go by the chassis registered/manufactured date, not the build date. But if one isnt concerned about this, so be it.
