What mountain grade would you consider a bit uncomfortable when towing a car with no brakes on the dolly? We have to go up and down Mounteagle mountain in TN which is a 5% one way and 6% the other. W...

I don't know since he drives and wont get them checked as he did with the Class-C he bought 2 yrs ago. He once sold a van which I loved, and gave me the one he was driving with brakes that barely worked. He claimed they were good. They were almost non-existent. I'm not an idiot and have been driving since my 20s. After an argument we took it to our mechanic who checked and found them almost non-working. He fixed them... sorry I don't remember if the pads were gone or what, but they worked great afterward. Then he sold THAT van. He's lost all credibility with me.
