what shower head allows reasonable flow
The shower head we have is great if boondocking and we need to save water, but we are usually traveling with full hookups. We need more water volume. What shower head would you recommend?

Most shower heads at Lowe's or Home Depot will also fit your RV shower head connection. You may not have enough water flow depending upon the water pumps or the campground water pressure (or a combination of both) but they are set to 2.6 GPM (can be drilled out) for a good shower.
