Not necessarily. My MH is 32 1/2' long. Fully loaded with my wife and I, we have over 2,500# extra CCC. I have to assume his Granite Ridge has a lot more built in "stuff" than my unit. It also would appear that Jayco wasn't particularly concerned with what the finished product would weigh.
