I'd bet he was asking for other brands of MHs that meet those five requirements, not a vacation or buying rental property.
I'd say this 05 Exe can be bought for less than $145K with new tires. The Detroit engine is the same as Prevost, Newell, and Foretravel use. While not a bath and half, having two bathroom sinks is all we need. While it's only 43', this floor plan works well for us as half timers.
