It's you against them and boils down to getting the right price, so as to have the money to cover all these lies and no matter what he says about taking care of things that aren't right, before or after delivery.

All true, but even the best of salesmen lie, which I think was the topic at hand here. Lying sales people that is....lol
In my long experience, I'd rather take all the money I can possibly save and run, rather than rely on warranties, promises and great service.
