It all depends upon local prices and if you have any parts already or not.
You can expect $100 - $200 for the box, anticipate $1.50 a foot for the wire, if the wire has to be buried, conduit, or just run along the rafters in the ceiling. Any prep-work to help the electrician, like removing wall paneling the primary breaker box, or if you run the wire yourself. Lots of factors.
I had a 30 amp installed. The box was about $75, I purchased the wire (ran 50 feet) it was about $50, and I put everything in conduit, ran about $30, and I ran the wire myself from the breaker box to the mounted RV box. The electrician charged me $100 for his work and the 30 amp breaker.
Now, I installed a second 30 amp myself on a different location. The box had it's own breaker, I ran directly out of the main breaker box on the outside of the house. I did all the work myself, and I only had to purchase about 2 feet of wire. Total cost, doing it all myself was about $120.
If your electrician has to do it all, you can expect from $500 to $1000, depending on the cost of labor for the geographical area, and depending upon how much wire he has to run, and his mark-up on the RV box. Expect $1000, and be pleasantly surprised if it's less!
