I have a Coachmen 21QB class C. I know the fresh water tank and converter are under the bed. The water pump is down below the tank, so not directly under the bed. The 30A cord storage is in the other corner I looked up dimensions of a 50 gallon tank--60 x 36 x 5 3/4". That leaves 20 x 24 space, less the converter. What else could be under the bed? I'm just wondering if there is significant storage space. The dimensions work out to 1.6 cubic feet. I looked up converter dimensions, and that crunches to 0.8 cubic feet. So 0.8 cubic feet remaining, full of ?????Also, the bathroom is at the same elevated level as the bed. The only thing obviously under it is the electrical cord storage. So what's under the bathroom floor?The removable panels in basement storage only go up to the bottom of the tank support floor. So I can't see the space by taking those panels off. Admittedly it's not a huge amount of space, but I'm curious!

The easiest way to get at those things is to remove the mattress from the bed and unscrew the OSB panel that forms the top of the bed itself and remove it. There was enough available space in there that I could (and did) add a handy little electronic safe, which I know is not very secure but does provide a convenient place to keep passports, petty cash, chocolate bars reserved for s'mores, etc.Under the bathroom floor I'd guess is the black and/or gray water tanks. I could be all wrong there. There does need to be some vertical space under the shower pan for the trap for its drain, but that doesn't apply to the toilet or bathroom sink (at least in terms of floor height).

The grey and black tanks are often a much lower profile than the fresh water.

Wellll that's interesting. I've seen 2 sources listing each one as 50. And after your comment I did some more searching and found 2 that list the gray as 25 and the black as 22. I have not found any "official" specs on the Forest River site. The owner's manual is so vague it's useless.

What's under the bed?

I'd bet a few pounds of sawdust, some scraps of wood, and an assortment of miscellaneous hardware along with small wire cutoffs. If you're lucky possibly a pair of side cutters or a screwdriver, or half of a ham sammich with cheese and mustard with a bite taken out of it.
