If the speedy sleeve was installed dry or with a non hardening sealant like silicone, it will fail. The speedy sleeve needs to be installed over a hardening compund like JB-Weld. The other solution is to install a Stemco seal with a wear ring or one with a press on inner surface that does not spin on the spindle, it spins inside the seal assembly.
