Wheel seal leaking again and again and again

Update: I went back to the shop who checked the oil. They replaced the seal with a 392-9036 Stemco. The seal is a two part assy. compose of a seal and a ring that goes on the shaft axle. The speedy sleeve previously installed had a little dent in it and they say it was installed crooked.
The shop has all tools required to install any type of seal. I checked while they where working and found the mechanic did a very good installation. Let's hope it does not leak anymore. I now have about 600 miles on it and no leaks.
