When do you know to get out?

Thank you for all responses and more words of wisdom are welcomed. One my should have was I should have had a pre inspection but did not. There was alot of things I should have done but I have never done the should have, could have, would have. I have learnedlearned alot and more so through this site abd all the parts I have had to find. I really like the suggestion that I find out what else might need to be done and then make a decision. I have about 3 more years to full retirement and I had alot of plans for me and the coach. I am a single woman with a small dog and have really enjoyed the trips my dog and I have gone on. I never would have visited the places we have in the last 3 years without a coach.
