If you mean if it is a Class C, then yes, that is what is it.
It appears to be a Ford E-350 van cut-away, and that may get you to a right part number for the fuel sender. If the gage switches with the tanks select (a common option in Ford vans of the period, then you may find a tank from an Econoline of the period.
As for wheel covers, anybody's bet. Look for a period van or send a picture to Colaw's.
