What your link points to is not a wheel cover. It maybe called either a wheel well skirt or wheel well trim (choice ot the guy that wrote the parts list).

I think you just might be Second On Line (SOL) for the last one. Those were vehicle/builder specific.

Outside of Colaws or other RV salvage, your only other hope would be to get a fiberglass guy to make a mold from the one you do have and make you one for the other side. This won't be cheap.
