There are 2 known numbers that cannot be fudged. The carrying capacity of each of the axles and what the scales show each axle is carrying. The difference between capacity and weight is what you have left for loading additional "stuff" into the RV.
The next thing you have to consider is how much of a towed you can tow. This has more to do with the weight of a fully loaded coach plus the weight of the tow vehicle and whether the coach can safely stop the combined weight of the 2 vehicles.
Be sure you buy a coach that will get both of these formulas right or don't buy it!
